Our take
Cribbage is the one card game that asks you to bring something besides cards: a board with rows of holes and pegs to keep score. Counting by hand is possible, but the board is half the charm. Pegs leapfrog along the track, and everyone can see who is ahead.
A three-track board lets two or three players race at once. Wood feels good in the hand, and the pegs store inside the board, so nothing gets lost between games.
If you play often, buy a board you like to look at. If you are just curious, our free score sheet works while you decide.
